How to become a dragon?

It is an easy way to start the process to get a membership of the EL-DRAC community. Follow these guidelines and start now.

1. Who can be a member of EL-DRAC?
Every artist born in Europe (the continent including Russia and baltic areas and eastern countries between) and every artist from outside, living and working in Europe now can be a member of the network. This rule focuses on two things: first, it is a project with an open minded "think globally - act locally" attitude and second, it defines that European art is special and different from all other forms of art. Whatever global players talk about art and "world art", we think especially European art can give a treasure to the world...

2. What is the main target of EL-DRAC?
El-DRAC is - in a realistic way - a social sculpture. It reflects the real life of many European contemporary artists and will bring power and people together. The main target for "outside" is to help to find a way to the real art market for all members. The inner target is to build a powerful social acting community with peace and freedom in a stormy world.

3. What are the main rules of EL-DRAC?
There is no "constitution" inside El-DRAC. The founder Juan Petry initiated the network with only a few rules. The main rule is: Everybody is free to act in his own way. All he gives to the network is free, all he gets is free. Being a member, doesnt imply that he/she has to do something. So every member acts like a fish in a swarm, is free and independent, and does whatever he/she wants. The idea is to form a group of similar acting artists to bring more power to them. In fact, these artists will reach the target in a strategic optimization process. EL-DRAC is very quick. Many tasks combine some artists in groups, depending on the target of a real project. Not every task is shown or commented her.

4. What do I have to confirm in order to start a membership?
Nothing. EL-DRAC is a virtual network. There is nor administration, no contracts, no money transfer and no terms and conditions ( except from this rules here :) ...).

5. What about fees and contributions?
There are no contributions or fees to pay to be part of the EL-DRAC network. Olaf Rauch (artists and full member of the network) offers a special package for members, to use advanced functions of this website. Only for his support and backoffice website administration you can pay a small fee. It is recommended but NOT mandatory to pay the admin for his job here.

6. What do I have to do to enter the network now?
First check out the list of full members on the network. You have to start communication with two artists. You need these two artists as guarantors. Contact and ask for adminssion. If they aggree, they will write a mail to the admin of this page and request for starting an candidate - status.
